These Terms of Service govern your use of the BlockiMe extensions and websites. By installing or using BlockiMe, you agree to these terms. The short version: use BlockiMe lawfully, for personal purposes, and at your own risk — we provide it as is, with no warranties.
By installing, accessing or using any BlockiMe product or website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use BlockiMe.
BlockiMe grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our extensions for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms. You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the extensions or any of their components.
You agree not to misuse BlockiMe: you may not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the extensions, modify them or create derivative works of them, use them to violate any applicable law or the rights of others, or interfere with their normal operation. The extensions are tools for personal productivity and security; you are responsible for the rules you configure and the sites you choose to block or allow.
BlockiMe extensions and websites are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the extensions will be uninterrupted, error-free or that they will block every unwanted site, ad, tracker or threat.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlockiMe and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the extensions or websites. You use BlockiMe at your own risk.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be published at this URL with a new Last updated date. Continued use of BlockiMe after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You may stop using BlockiMe at any time by uninstalling the extensions and leaving our websites. We may suspend or terminate access to our products if you violate these terms. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
